What is Quantum?

is an emerging field of physics and engineering, which relies on the principles of quantum physics. Quantum computing, quantum sensors, quantum cryptography, quantum simulation, quantum metrology and quantum imaging are all examples of quantum technologies, where properties of quantum mechanics, especially quantum entanglement, quantum superposition and quantum tunneling, are important. Every business is struggling with how to increase their online and mobile security measures to protect our digital identities and sensitive data. Encryption has been an area of security that has continued to develop, and thanks to quantum computing, it could finally really protect all of our assets. The problem to date has been that regular computers cannot use large prime number factorization. Yet quantum computers can, which means that a hacker could not use traditional computers to break the encryption codes.

What is Artificial Intelligence?

Artificial intelligence is intelligence demonstrated by machines, unlike the natural intelligence displayed by humans and animals, which involves consciousness and emotion. The distinction between the former and the latter categories is often revealed by the acronym chosen.

What is Blockchain?

Blockchains are tamper evident and tamper resistant digital ledgers implemented in a distributed fashion (i.e., without a central repository) and usually without a central authority (i.e., a bank, company, or government). At their basic level, they enable a community of users to record transactions in a shared ledger within that community, such that under normal operation of the blockchain network no transaction can be changed once published. This document provides a high-level technical overview of blockchain technology. It discusses its application to cryptocurrency in depth, but also shows its broader applications. The purpose is to help readers understand how blockchain technology works, so that they can be applied to technology problems. (NIST Interagency/8202)

How is Quantum used in Businesses today?

Super-computing: Quantum computers are being produced to achieve quantum supremacy. The goal is to develop computers that can solve complex problems that were unsolvable by classical computers. Communication: Quantum communication is more like physical communication supported by Quantum technology. No matter what type of information it is, raw data or video call, it still needs a physical connection. Using quantum methods, this information could be packaged and secured. quantum could be used for improving the efficiency and capacity of communication channels. Cryptography: Quantum Key distribution is a cryptographic method that exploits quantum phenomena for producing and sending cryptographic keys in a secure way. It is a evolution of key-based security protocols that leverage quantum efforts for reducing the risk of hacking, interception, data leakage or decryption. With quantum computers, decryption could become trivial, leading to much stronger protection of our digital lives and assets. Of course, we’ll also be able to break traditional encryption much faster. Sensors, imaging, and measurement: The high precision sensing and imaging tools when used for industrial and commercial applications can help design products such as autonomous vehicle sensors, navigation, medical diagnostics, etc.

Aviation: Quantum technology could enable much more complex computer modelling like aeronautical scenarios. Aiding in the routing and scheduling of aircraft’s has enormous commercial benefits for time and costs. Data Analytics: Quantum mechanics and quantum computing can help solve problems on a huge scale. A field of study called topological analysis where geometric shapes behave in specific ways, describes computations that are simply impossible with today’s conventional computers due to the data set used. With quantum computing this can be boiled down to relatively simple calculations. Nearly 30% of the US GDP is affected by weather in some way or another and being able to forecast it more accurately would have great economic benefits. Medical Research: There are literally billions of possibilities to how something could react across the human body and even more when you consider that this could be a drug administered to billions of people, each with slight differences in their makeup. Today, it takes pharmaceutical companies up to 10+ years and often billions of dollars to discover a new drug and bring it to market. Improving the front end of the process with quantum computing can dramatically cut costs and time to market, re-purpose pre-approved drugs more easily for new applications, and empower computational chemists to make new discoveries faster that could lead to cures for a range of diseases. Self-Driving Cars: Big companies today are developing driver-less cars. quantum computers to develop battery, transportation and self-driving technology. with quantum computing. So many more ways it is used in business today.

Does It Matter?

It matters because our world is getting smarter and smarter, using computers from yesterday is becoming more about ones and zeroes through all the data that is collected across every device we use, including our mobile devices and connected devices. Traditional computers are struggling to keep up with this data. Then there is also the growth we’ve seen in blockchain, Artificial Intelligence and cryptocurrencies. Needing the ability to scale up for further growth in this area. Also, quantum computers can factor huge numbers, which make it ideal for improving internet securities. Traditional computers do not provide the best energy efficiency.

Is there a place for Blockchain, AI and Quantum Computing In your Business?

My opinion, the future is here now and while it’s not like everyone in business will need a quantum computer on their desk, there are many different applications available that current technology will help propel. BlockQAI can get you where your business needs to be. Let us see your potential.

By 2025, quantum computing will have outgrown its infancy, and a first generation of commercial devices will be able tackle meaningful, real-world problems. One major application of this new kind of computer will be the simulation of complex chemical reactions, a powerful tool that opens up new avenues in drug development.

The CCCP virus or plandemic has shown us how important technology is for maintaining and facilitating communication, not simply for work purposes, but for building virtual connections. With AI technology built to connect people at a human level and drive them closer to each other, even when physically they’re apart.

Blockchain is one such powerful technology which cannot be ignored as it is impacting a wide array of businesses. Though the landscape of blockchain is confusing and constantly changing, the promise of blockchain is real. Practically every aspect of business and daily life involves a transaction of some kind.
